Err, yah. I know someone told me that sunflower seeds to hamsters are like french fries to us human. All is it the real fact that it's actually a healthy food? I don't know. Hahaha.

Sunflower seeds've got those properties yes, but too much of anything will backfire so it should be kept to the limit.
Maybe you guys can try buying organic ones which would be better in terms of freshness and stuffs.
I've heard of the properties of the sunflower oil, sunflower margarine... but, wow, what a discovery! O_O Aw, Hamleto, sunflower seeds may not be the answer to longevity, but look at the wonders they do to hair and skin! xD
